20. Springpferdeauktion Holger Hetzel: “Würde ich den selbst gern behalten?”
(Goch) Am 26. November findet die 20. Auflage der Springpferdeauktion Holger Hetzel statt. Das Auktionslot umfasst 21 Pferde im Alter ab fünf Jahren aus feinsten Abstammungen und allen ist eines gemeinsam: Holger Hetzel würde sie grundsätzlich auch selbst behalten wollen. Was ungewöhnlich klingt, folgt einem Prinzip. Nationenpreisreiter Hetzel formuliert es so: “ Ich frage mich immer, wer der zukünftige Kunde ist und: Habe ich das Pferd selbst gerne im Stall? Freue ich mich, wenn ich morgens in den Stall komme, auf dieses Pferd? Da bin ich mit mir selbst immer im Reinen.”
Vertrauen ist die Basis
Holger Hetzel und sein Team kennen die Auktionspferde genau und das zieht auch Reiter/innen aus dem internationalen Circuit an. Zu 95 Prozent gehören die Pferde dem Auktionsmacher. Die Kollektion entsteht nie kurzfristig und ist immer an der Qualität, Gesundheit, Ausbildung und den Möglichkeiten der Pferde orientiert. Über viele Jahre hinweg haben sich die Holger Hetzel Stables damit stabile Kundenbeziehungen aufgebaut. “Meine langjährigen Kunden sind auch jetzt wieder mit am Start”, unterstreicht Holger Hetzel, “das hat viel mit Vertrauen zu tun, mit der Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen. Neue Kunden kommen auch hinzu.”
Aus den langjährigen Verbindungen und den daraus resultierenden Erfahrungen haben sich auch die umfassenden Serviceangebote entwickelt. Wer z.B. nicht persönlich nach Goch kommen kann, darf trotzdem auf eine Fülle von Informationen zu jedem einzelnen Pferd vertrauen, die das Team verfügbar macht – von der individuellen Einschätzung bis zu individuellen Videoaufnahmen und tierärztlichen Unterlagen. 20th Holger Hetzel Show Jumping Horse Auction: “Would I want to keep it myself?
(Germany/ Goch) The 20th Holger Hetzel Show Jumping Horse Auction will take place on November 26th. The auction lot comprises 21 horses aged five and up, from the finest bloodlines, and they all have one thing in common: Holger Hetzel would, in principle, want to keep them himself. What sounds unusual follows a principle. Nations Cup rider Hetzel puts it this way: “I always ask myself who the future customer is and: Would I enjoy having this horse in my own stable? Would I be happy to come to the stable in the morning and see this horse? That’s when I’m always at peace with myself.”
Trust is the foundation…
Holger Hetzel and his team know the auction horses intimately, and this attracts riders from the international circuit. Ninety-five percent of the horses belong to the auctioneer. The collection is never assembled hastily and is always focused on the quality, health, training, and potential of the horses. Over many years, Holger Hetzel Stables has thus built up stable customer relationships. „My long-standing customers are participating again this year,“ emphasizes Holger Hetzel, „that has a lot to do with trust, with cultivating customer relationships. New customers are also joining us.“
The comprehensive range of services has developed from long-standing relationships and the resulting experience. For example, those who cannot come to Goch in person can still rely on a wealth of information about each individual horse, which the team makes available – from individual assessments to personalized video recordings and veterinary records. Support is offered for purchasing a horse as an investment, after-sales service, assistance with travel arrangements, and stabling options.

The town of Goch, already well-known for both the hand-stitched footballs of the Derbystar company and the horses and events of Holger Hetzel Stables, appreciates this.
